Who we are

A creative team that does one thing, deeply.

Behind Network is the marketing team built only for interior design firms. We shoot, edit, and design content that puts great ID firms in front of the homeowners who need them. Hundreds of pieces a month, all in one world.

That focus is the whole point. You are not jumping between twenty unrelated industries. You get to go deep, build real taste in one space, and watch your work actually ship and perform.

Why work here

It is the people and the reps.

No salary pitch here, that conversation happens when we talk. What we can promise is the environment.

01

Real creative input

You help shape how the content looks and lands, not just push templates. Ideas are heard regardless of title.

02

Range, not repetition

Reels, reveals, carousels, ad creative, photo sets. You build a wide, sharp portfolio fast, never the same task on repeat.

03

Clear briefs, fast feedback

Locked brand systems, structured review, tight loops. You always know the standard and you hit it quickly.

04

People who care

A small team that takes the craft seriously and each other lightly. High standards, low ego, genuinely good company.

About the test task

Your sample stays yours.

A quick, honest note on the test task, because we know some studios abuse them. We do not use test-task work in any client or company content. Full stop.

The logic is simple: the task exists only to see how you work. If an application is not successful, that means the sample was not the standard we hire at, so there would be nothing there we would want to use anyway. And if you are hired, you will be making the real thing with us. Either way, your test piece is for evaluation, never for our feeds.

Never published Never client-facing Evaluation only
FAQ

Before you ask.

No. And we are upfront about why.

We have thousands of applicants. The test task is a short proof of craft, not contract work, and the bar to join here is high. If you feel you are above doing one, that is completely fair, we will not stop you from passing on it.

But here is the honest truth: some of our best people, the ones now running the departments that serve luxury, high-end designers, never asked for a cent up front. They backed themselves, proved it, and earned the seat. That mindset is exactly what we hire for.

If proving yourself first feels beneath you, we are probably not the team for you, and that is okay.

Never. Test-task work is for evaluation only, it is not published, not client-facing, and not repurposed. If you are not hired, the sample was not at our standard anyway; if you are, you will be making the real thing with us. Either way, it never touches our feeds.

It is scoped to be short, a focused sample, not a full project. There is no hard clock, but we are looking for quality over speed. Most strong candidates turn it around within a few days. Everything you need lives in your applicant account.

Apply for the one role that fits you best. We would rather see your sharpest work in a single lane than a thin spread across three. If we think you are a better fit elsewhere, we will tell you.
