Years in the industry

Six years of trading and we’ve never taken a client from outside this industry.

The reality Before we talk about us

Most firms are stuck in one of three places.

You probably recognise at least one of these. Most firms find us living in all three at once.

01 The portal trap

You buy leads from a portal. Half never pick up. The other half were sold to three firms before you. Every month you burn budget on names that were never really yours.

02 The referral trap

Referrals built your firm. They cannot grow it. And when the pipeline goes quiet, you have no answer for the designer standing in your office.

“Boss, no leads for two months liao. I need to eat.”
03 The DIY trap

You ran the ads yourself, saw nothing come back, and decided marketing does not work for ID firms.

It does. It was never set up right.

Set it up right → Takes two minutes to apply.
Our story Founded 2020 · Singapore · six years in

Six years. One industry.

We didn’t arrive from the advertising world. We started as architects, which is why the first thing we ever understood was the work rather than the funnel.

The road so far
2020

Two young architects start a marketing firm for interior design studios.

The two founders side by side on a sofa, working over a laptop in the early days
2022

Lead generation and social media management, built for ID firms and nobody else.

Design firm owners and guests gathered in a showroom
2024

Real growth, and we add lead qualification, because more leads was never the point.

Printed collateral and material samples laid out on a table, being reviewed
2026

Our own homeowner platform, and a media and PR team this industry didn’t previously have.

What specialisation actually buys you

100% Specialised Solution for Renovation Companies

We work with interior design firms, material suppliers and builders, and nobody else. Here’s what that actually buys you.

Insights

These are the three questions we get asked on almost every first call.

01“Can you target my type of customer? We only do X.”

Yes, and that’s most of what specialising is good for.

If you only want projects above $80k, we target for that and filter out the rest before they reach your designers. If you do landed and condo but not HDB, we go after landed and condo. If you’d rather have resale upgraders than BTO first-timers, that’s a different audience with different creative and a completely different budget conversation, and we know how to run it. Commercial only, same answer.

Some firms come to us wanting to hire rather than sell. We can run that too. It’s the same machinery pointed somewhere else.

02“What am I paying for?”

A team in Singapore that works on this and nothing else.

The people here have spent six years working out how homeowners in this country actually go about picking an interior designer, and how to get your firm in front of them at the point they’re deciding. Strategy, content, ads, shoots, qualifying the leads and the monthly reporting all sit with us, so you’re not managing four different suppliers who blame each other when something slips.

We get measured on what it costs to put a real prospect in front of one of your designers, rather than on how many people saw a post.

03“Who else do you work with?”

Around 180 firms over six years, 60 of them running right now.

We’re not going to put up a logo wall. Go and scroll our Instagram, it’s all there.

And here’s the part you can’t ask for

Say your cost per lead is $80. You’ve got no way of knowing whether that’s good, because nobody publishes those numbers for this industry in Singapore.

We run sixty accounts in this market, so we can see which creative is working this month, what a lead should actually cost right now, and which audiences have gone stale. When we tell you something won’t work, that isn’t a hunch. We already watched it fail on somebody else’s money.

01
Accountability

Most people you hire work for you, which sounds fine until nothing moves.

Half of marketing needs something from your side. An approval, site access, a designer free for two hours, feedback on a draft that’s been sitting in your inbox for a week. So we chase you for it. Politely, but we chase. You hired us for a result rather than for activity, and we can’t get there on our own.

02
Strategy and execution

We’ll walk you through all of it. The strategy, the targeting, the creative, the numbers behind any decision we make. Ask us how we do something and we’ll tell you.

We’re not precious about the secrets. Most people already know roughly what a good ad looks like. Knowing it and running it properly every month for six years are completely different problems, and the money is in the second one.

03
Customisation

What we do for you changes as your firm changes.

Plenty of firms come to us with nobody on marketing at all, and they want the whole thing handled. That’s the most common one. But a lot of others already have someone in-house who’s decent and just doesn’t have the hours, so we’ll take the ads and the shoots off them and leave the content with their own person.

Then there are the firms who run everything themselves and are happy doing it. What they actually want is someone to look at the numbers each month and tell them honestly whether it’s working, and we’ll do that on its own if that’s all you need.

Occasionally a firm just wants the production. Two shoots a month, edited and delivered, nothing attached to it.

None of that stays still either. You hire someone, someone leaves, a busy season lands and everything changes shape. We rebuild the scope around it when that happens.

That’s the whole reason we call ourselves a growth partner. A fixed package fits you on the day you sign it and stops fitting the moment you grow.

How we can help

Three ways we work with firms.

Most firms fall into one of these. If you’re not sure which one you are, that’s usually the first thing we work out on a call.

Ad spend sits separately in all of them and you pay Meta directly.

How it worksSigned to live

Signed to live in four steps.

Step 1 · Week 1
Onboarding

Brand audit, account access, Pixel and Conversions API setup, then a proper sit-down about your positioning and which homeowner you actually want walking through the door.

Step 2 · Week 2
Calendar and first shoot

Content calendar built, first shoot booked, opening batch of assets produced.

Step 3 · Week 3
Live

Organic starts. Paid goes live across awareness, traffic and lead generation, watched daily from day one.

Step 4 · Monthly
Review

Full report and an hour with you. What scales, what stops, what we try next.

Who we work with (so far)

Interior design firms, material suppliers and builders. Practices who need homeowners who are actually ready to start. Suppliers selling to designers rather than to the public. Contractors who win on reputation and need that reputation somewhere people can see it.

We could put up a logo wall. Go look at our Instagram instead.

You know the grid. Twelve grey logos in a neat row, half of them from a project that wrapped in 2022. Nobody checks them and nobody could.

We’ve worked with over 180 interior design firms and sixty are running right now. Flattening that into a row of logos would undersell it, and you’d still be taking our word for it.

So don’t. Go and scroll our Instagram. Six years of the actual work, the shoots, the campaigns, the firms, dated and still going. It isn’t a claim about what we’ve done. It’s the thing itself.

If we’re going to run your social, ours should be the proof.

We know this industry because we sit in it.

Suppliers, carpenters, showrooms, design firms. We’re in front of them every week. Every few months we put the owners of those businesses in one room with no programme and nobody pitching, and a surprising amount of work quietly changes hands.

No deck and no pitch meeting to start with. Fill this in and we’ll come back to you with what we’d actually do.

·We read everything on the day it arrives, and you’ll hear back from a person within one working day.
